"Checked in to the premises for an overnight stay. We were met by a tall young woman who was very welcoming and friendly and I was invited to complete details into a machine, then asked to pay the cost of the accommodation there and then. I explained that I had already done so with Hotels.com.Our room was situated over the bar area. The room was an adequate clean twin bedded space. "Worst experience ever at a hotel. To begin with we were handed the wrong keys for our rooms and given NO keys for entry into the actual building. This absolutely ruined the weekend as we were forced to sleep on the streets. "If you want somewhere that bit more chilled and off the main party zones this is the one for you. Great service, the place was immaculate, everything you could possibly need in the apt. Could not have asked for more and friendly Liverpudlian at reception. Chinese, desert shop, Turkish and supermarkets all at your door step. I e will definitely be back again! "
