"Good Parking ( Top car park off the hill to the left is much easier with luggage ) Friendly Staff , Clean / Warm and comfortable room. Leisure facilities clean and all in service - one issue was space in the pool etc , it seems locals use the site and have a right of passage to the pool / Jacuzzi as we were twice subtly forced to leave the pool as people took their position and left us no choice. Suggest an hour either side of the normal operating hours when the hotel rooms are busy just for guests to use the facilities - not a complaint , just a suggestion. Otherwise a fantastic stay - we love the Gower as we have family in Penclawdd and visit regularly. Room service spot on too - lovely fresh room to return too each evening - Thanks "

"Room clean, but a lot of cobwebs at the top of the head board. Topper mattress was lumpy in the middle of the bed. Room was only cleaned on day of arrive, bin emptied on second day and cups cleaned. Recreptoon staff and bar staff lovely. Breakfast nice apart from cold coffee and toast."

"We stayed at the apartment for 4 days for my husbands 50th birthday in Feb 2026. We only had 1 towel for the 4 of us for the whole stay despite numerous requests for more towels. The bathroom is disgusting - mouldy, musty and unhygienic. Please see photos to see the extent of the mould. No towels and a disgusting mouldy bathroom- I would not recommend this apartment. The owner offered compensation as my stay was awful but despite numerous requests this did not happen"

"Check in was fine. Pleasant friendly staff. Had to move rooms 3 times due to various issues. Very small bed. Poor lighting. No hot water in shower. Disappointing for a newly refurbished hotel"

"The place was really nice with excellent views of the sea. The ensuite bathroom was a bit tired with quite a bit of black mould around the shower, and the shower tray didn't empty suggesting a problem with the drainage. Everything else was clean and tidy. "
