"I was Cheated .. i paid for the Ocean view room , but was denied and made excuses .. and was asked to cancel my booking when I objected , the reception manager threatened me to call police if I objected more This is the Wost experience of my 20 years of travelling I need my money back or a compensation.. it’s very rude and disrespectful "

There was an unpleasant smell in the room, which could not be ventilated. The wall near the air conditioning was wet and with black mold. The air conditioning also smelled. It was very unpleasant. The bed was worn, the mattress had a depression in the middle.The breakfast was only basic, the ingredients did not seem to be of good quality.
