"Just spent 10 nights at this property. Expectations fully met. Beach is a few feet away. Welcoming pool and social area. Furnishings, appliances, utensils were all adequate. Grocery, pharmacy and other stores are 7 mins. away. Environment conducive to a restful experience. Concierge was always available and helpful. WFI was strong, with coverage extending to the beach. No cable TV but YouTube, Peacock, Max and other apps over IP provided plenty of content. Would definitely book again."

"Don’t even know where to begin. Exceptional experience from communicating with Craig to their beautiful condo that feels like you were meant to live there. The facility is very secure and very well-maintained. The beach is perfect and it’s literally right in front of where you stay. The beach bar is wonderful. This has been my best place I have ever stayed. I will be spending a few days in Panama City after this and then we are headed back home. We will be planning to possibly sell everything...

"View is nice. Pool is nice. The apartment is pretty bare bones. Only sheets to cover yourself at night. Like 5 clothes hangers to share between all the rooms. The air conditioning unit in the living room didn’t cool, but the ones in the rooms could freeze you out. The chairs in the dinning area were pretty beat up. The guys at reception were friendly. "The property is not called New Modern Ocean View - very misleading for locating the complex. Local cab drivers or Uber drivers had difficulty finding it, the name of this property is HP Boutique Del Mar. The property is about two years old and is still going through growing pains.The property manager who has the office in the building speaks English and was a great help with issues we presented her with.
