and comfortable. Julia the concierge was more than helpful in guiding us and booking and canceling restaurants. The property feels like staying at your own grand property with a distinctive feel of a home and never feels crowded. My only criticism is that the self serve coffee machine is not on line with the high quality of everything else. "
