It's a great hotel, but it's not in Spain because it's in the middle of the German party district. If you were looking for a spanish experience, this is not the right place. All the bars and all the restaurants and all the amenities are all catered to Germans. The hotel itself is wonderful and has a great brunch.

Great hotel, unfortunate location

The rooms are nice and seem recently renovated, with comfy beds. Some parts of the hotel still need work, but overall it’s clean and pleasant. The breakfast buffet is excellent – plenty of variety and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the hotel is located right in the middle of one of the worst bar streets, which really affects the overall experience. If it weren’t for the area, I would definitely come back

I want to make this review fair. I don't believe the photos show an accurate description of the property. The rooms are bare and basic, a foam mattress and sheets. The air conditioning is antiquated and slow to cool. The pool and bar area are nice. But if you aren't ready for it, the hotel is on a wild party street full of bars and intoxicated young people. It could be great if that is what you are looking for. It was over a three hundred dollar hotel including fees and taxes with 10/10 positive reviews, which made it sound and look like a more high-end hotel. I arrived with heavy luggage to a non working luggage elevator to get in the building. I am not young, and it was not easy pulling bags up the stairs. The desk personnel were kind and nice, but then getting on the elevator to my room, a drunk young man knocked my suitcase and bag onto the floor and broke a jar of honey...inside my bag. That was an hour cleanup of my books, computer, Ipad etc. The worst part was the cleaning chemical smell in the room. I tried to air the room out with no luck, but when I opened the closet, the smell was really quite horrible. This is room 310. Management needs to attend to this. I don't believe it is safe. Requesting a refund, I did not receive one but still, I checked out of the hotel an hour later. Again, if you're there for the party street, the pool, etc, and you're young and ready to roll, it could be the perfect spot.

Best if you’re German and love beer

This is a nice hotel run by an incredible friendly and helpful team of staff in a German orientated resort. If you want a quiet room pay for a sea view room. The rooms at the front of the hotel are very noisy until 4am and later every night. The back of the hotel high level rooms are much quieter.

Hotel was on the busiest street in Palma which was almost exclusively German. Extremely load but could not hear the racket from our room at the back.

Einfacher und schneller CheckIn. Da das Hotel nicht ausgebucht war konnte ich mir die Lage des Zimmers aussuchen. Das Zimmer hatte die optimale Größe und es war alles vorhanden. Inkl Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffee. Das Frühstück (bis 12 Uhr) jeden Morgen ein Highlight. Riesige Auswahl und alles super frisch.

Alles zu meiner vollkommenen Zufriedenheit bis auf das man vielleicht einführen sollte das man am Pool auf eine Zimmerrechnung schreiben kann . Weul man am Pool ja sonst immer das Portemonnaie dabeibhaben muss .was dann wiederum unbeobachtet am Platz liegt wenn man ins Wasser geht .
