The hotel is 5 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. And you can take a bus to Central Palma with a nearby bus station. The location is good. The spa is nice and I had a very good deep tissue massage.

Loved my stay at JS Palma Stay! The property was clean, the staff was friendly, very courteous and helpful, and the food is great! It's also a 3-minute walk to the beach, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It's close to public transit as well. I highly recommend this hotel!

Absolutely — here’s a warm, polished review that highlights all the things you loved: We had such a wonderful stay in Mallorca! The staff were absolutely amazing! From the front desk to the restaurant to the bar and the spa — so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. The location was perfect and made it easy to enjoy everything the area had to offer. We especially loved the swim-up pool bar — such a fun and relaxing way to spend the day! The massage was also fantastic and the perfect way to unwind. Jesus was the best bartender. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mallorca. We would happily stay here again!

Food was excellent and staff friendly. I thought the area around the pool with sun beds was a bit crammed and also the terrace beside it with tables and chairs was also too busy. They've got a limited amount of space so nothing to be done. Everything else is really nice. Would recommend it.

Great property, close to beach and restaurants. Extremely easy to get to and from airport in taxis. Pool area very nice, just not enough loungesrs, but that was lack of space not lack of loungers. Rooms clean, mini fridge with water on arrival, good TV channel selection. WIFI strong and fast. Good inside lap pool and small gym. Great for a weekend away.

The room was clean and the pool was nice. The message therapist I had was good. This hotel gets 4 stars and not 5 because they wanted $5.50 Euros to lock my passport in a safe. That's the only hotel in the world I've visited that did this, and I've been to a lot of hotels, especially in the EU.

Great area, lovely beach as close by...which was good as we could never get a sunbed! There was a power shortage on part of the island which affected our hotel...having no electricity wasn't the hotel's fault, however how they delete with it was terrible...no toilet

I was not expecting this hotel to be as good as it was for the price ! In the heart as a base for all surrounding places to visit. Everything was easy getting about down to the staff helping you. The breakfast was plentiful , the spa and full size pool was excellent and all free of charge with a steam room gym and jacuzzi! The staff were outstanding in helping you out and even when checking out made it simple to still use all facilities untill departure time! Def return to this hotel outstanding!
