Laura's little houses: second floor 2

  • Le Casette di Laura offers two private rooms with en suite bathrooms, located on the ground floor of a recently renovated building.

    Please note! The room listed in this ad is one of the two available. There is another room on the same floor, which can be booked separately.

    The only common areas are the kitchen and the living/dining room, which are shared between the two rooms.
    The property is located just a 13-minute walk from Piazza Politeama, right in the heart of Palermo.

    You must notify us of your arrival time well in advance, as the owner will be there to welcome you and there is no doorman.
    We guarantee access from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM; after that time, you must make arrangements with the owner.

    Late-night check-in costs 15 euros after 10:00 PM, 20 euros after midnight, and 35 euros after 1:30 AM.

    Housekeeping is not included. If requested, it will cost 25 euros per day.

Price - Quality I’d say. Nice location about 15-20 min walk from cenette. Lots of free street parking. Cute place.I would have give it more stars, but the listing down kit mentioned that the apartment has shared dining room and kitchen, I was under impression that item booking entire place. Bathroom cleanness could be better. Host was nice.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. The listing is fraudulent. It is falsely advertised as an entire apartment, but it is a room in a shared space. It’s more like a hostel with private rooms. The front desk is only staffed 2hrs per day. The host agreed to meet us at 4:15 but arrived at 5:00. The condition of the apartment is extremely poor. There were black hairs all over the floor of the unit. All of the bedroom walls are marked, scuffed and chipped and need to be painted. The walls also look like this throughout the property. The bed frame was also broken. The host claimed that the previous guest must have broken the frame and marked up all of the walls, which was truly implausible and laughable. Since the unit was falsely advertised we asked for a refund and to go stay elsewhere. The host refused to refund us. This was easily one of the worst places I have ever stayed in and the host uses dishonest advertising to trick people into booking a place that is very far below the quality of the advertised images. Another review that was posted after we had made this booking also confirms this scam.
