A cosy 46-square-meter apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is located on the ground floor (NO lift) of a historic building in a convenient location, near Palermo’s historic centre and the Central Station.

The space is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (4-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, microwave, electric kettle, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), double sofa bed, dining table, and 32-inch smart TV;

- LOFT with BEDROOM (double bed, closet, and desk) and BATHROOM (shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet);

- SHARED COURTYARD with a small table and chairs (shared with 5 other apartments).



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with heat pumps (1 split unit), mosquito screens, hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.



PLEASE NOTE:

- To access the bathroom, you must pass through the bedroom on the loft;

- If you are travelling with children, please be careful on the stairs leading to the loft.



The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which these systems may be operated and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Palermo Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



For check-ins between 9:30 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

15 EUR from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM

20 EUR from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM

30 EUR from 12:00 AM to 1:30 AM

Check-in is not possible after 1:30 AM, even for an additional fee.



At check-in, you will be required to pay the tourist tax in cash (€2.00 per person/night).



The apartment is located near Palermo’s historic centre, in an area with all the main amenities (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies) and a short distance from the Central Station. All major points of interest are within a few minutes’ walk.
