A spacious and cosy apartment of approximately 200 square metres, capable of accommodating up to 10 people, located on the fifth floor of a renovated building with an lift (NOT accessible to people with disabilities). The property is located near Via Libertà, in an area with plenty of bars and restaurants, just a short walk from Notarbartolo Station and the Giardino Inglese.

The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two balconies.

The interior layout is as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with sofas, 32-inch TV, dining table, split air conditioner, and access to the balcony;

- KITCHEN with gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator with freezer, pod coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, microwave, dining table, and access to the balcony;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, single bed, closet, chest of drawers, split A/C, and access to the balcony (shared with the kitchen);

- BEDROOM II with a double bed, split A/C, single bed, closet, and chest of drawers;

- BEDROOM III with a double bed, split A/C, closet, and chest of drawers;

- BEDROOM IV with a double bed, split A/C, closet, and chest of drawers;

- BATHROOM I with a bathtub, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- BATHROOM II with shower stall (raised), sink, bidet, and toilet;

- TWO BALCONIES (one with an outdoor sink).



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with heat pump (split system in the living room and bedrooms), independent heating, washing machine (on the kitchen balcony), soundproof windows, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.



IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO HOST PARTIES OR EVENTS IN THE APARTMENT.



The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax (€2.00 per person per night).

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Esummer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the systems may be turned on and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Palermo Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



Check-in will be via online self-check-in; completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on key pickup and gain access to the apartment.

Keys can be picked up free of charge via the on-site keybox.

In case of problems, phone support is available until 10:00 PM.



For check-ins between 9:00 PM and 1:30 AM, if you wish to have a member of our staff deliver the keys to the apartment, this is possible upon request for an additional fee of:

- EUR 15 from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM

- EUR 20 from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM

- EUR 30 from 12:00 AM to 1:30 AM

Check-in is not possible after 1:30 AM, even for an additional fee.



The apartment is located in a quiet, residential area with all the main amenities (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies) and is well-connected by public transport, allowing you to reach all the main points of interest in Palermo’s historic centre. Palermo Notarbartolo Station, as well as the lively Via della Libertà and the English Garden, are just a few minutes’ walk from the property. Additionally, the No. 806 bus stops just a stone’s throw from the apartment, taking you directly to Mondello Beach in about 30 minutes.

- From Palermo’s Falcone e Borsellino Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train bound for Palermo Notarbartolo, which is a 6-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, you can use the shuttle service (see below).



- From Palermo Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train to Palermo Notarbartolo Station, a 6-minute walk from the property.



- If you’re travelling by car, you can park on the street for a fee (blue lines) or, alternatively, at the Park & Go Italia car park at Via Pecoraro 90, a 6-minute walk from the apartment.
