The apartment is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (4-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, kettle, oven, toaster, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, and sofa bed (140 cm);

- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, and chest of drawers;

- BATHROOM with a raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, split A/C with heat pumps (split units in the living room and bedroom), washer-dryer (in the kitchen), iron and ironing board, clothesline, mosquito nets, clothes rack, and hair dryer.

A cot is available.



The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

ESummer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is allowed and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Palermo Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



For check-ins between 9:30 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 15 from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM

EUR 20 from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM

EUR 30 from 12:00 AM to 1:30 AM

Check-in is not possible after 1:30 AM, even with an additional fee.



Upon check-in, you will be required to pay the tourist tax in cash, amounting to €2.00 per person per night.
