  • The new apartment of 65 square meters with an essential style is located in a newly renovated building and overlooks the small Piazza Tarzanà adjacent to the Fonderia and facing the splendid Cala di Palermo with two marble and iron balconies. The apartment has a bright living area with an adjacent kitchen area well equipped with a small fridge, two bedrooms and two independent bathrooms. The house is suitable for a group or a large family, it can accommodate up to 6 people.

    A really quiet area also close to the Cala with its sailboats and a wonderful walk / track for runners and bicycles that runs along the dock of the Marina of the ancient port of Palermo, where it is possible to find places for an aperitif or dinner at candlelight one step away from the sea.
    The apartment has a bright living area with an adjacent kitchen area, two bedrooms and two independent bathrooms. The house is suitable for a group or a large family, it can accommodate up to 6 people since in the living area there is a very comfortable sofa bed with a 20cm high mattress. All rooms are equipped with WI-FI independent heating and air conditioning.

    The accommodation located in the historic center enjoys a very central position that allows its guests to reach on foot in a few minutes all the main attractions and beauties of the city of Palermo (30 meters from Corso Vittorio Emanuele Arab-Norman route, Unesco heritage, the Vucciria, Piazza Marina, Piazza Quattrocanti, main historical churches).
