The apartment has a bright living area with an adjacent kitchen area well equipped with a small fridge, two bedrooms and two independent bathrooms. The house is suitable for a group or a large family, it can accommodate up to 6 people. A really quiet area also close to the Cala with its sailboats and a wonderful walk / track for runners and bicycles that runs along the dock of the Marina of the ancient port of Palermo, where it is possible to find places for an aperitif or dinner at candlelight one step away from the sea. The apartment has a bright living area with an adjacent kitchen area, two bedrooms and two independent bathrooms. The house is suitable for a group or a large family, it can accommodate up to 6 people since in the living area there is a very comfortable sofa bed with a 20cm high mattress. All rooms are equipped with WI-FI independent heating and air conditioning. Parking was a bit difficult but once we understood what to do, we were able to to that also.The host was easy to communicate with and easy to contact. He tried to resolve any questions quickly.The only negative (not the properties fault) was there was a huge rain storm one night and sewers in front of the property backed up in the street. The water was so deep we were unable to leave the apartment. The first floor apartments were flooded but us on the second floor were fine. Once the rain stopped, we were able to leave in about an hour and everything was fine.I would stay at this place again and recommend it to family and friends. ##### Philip S.
