"Thanks to Expedia we had great deal for a 2 night stay in the villas away from the main hotel on the seafront overlooking the beautiful bay. Unfortunately the villa my sister was allocated was poky and completely in the shade under a big tree but the friendly helpful Reception staff were able to relocate her 1 villa away from mine. However, we were very disappointed with Breakfast facilities. Given the excellent position of the hotel, we would have expected to have an option to eat outside or at least with a good view but there were no windows. When we arrived for breakfast at 8am, most of the food had been taken by the big coach parties. Almost no fresh fruit and even the tinned fruit was not replaced. The fruit juice was heavily watered down & revolting. It was almost impossible to find spoons & teaspoons. The staff were very unhelpful & some of them quite rude. However, the scrambled eggs were very good & freshly replaced. You do need a taxi (don’t use Rosario he may be friendly but totally ripped us off in his battered old van!) or car to get to the little port where the cafes & restaurants are."

"This place is amazing. Beautiful beach, nice pools, and big clean room. The check-in staff are very friendly and pleasant. The property is so pretty and the view of the mountains can’t be beat. From the beach looking towards the resort has a gorgeous “backdrop” of the mountains. The sand is soft with no rocks or seaweed. The complimentary lounge chairs & palapa is a big plus. The breakfast has a very good variety of foods. The location is perfect because you get the best of the great resort and you can take the train which is very close by and very safe directly into Palermo Central for only 3.30 Euros per person. We will definitely stay here again and want to bring our family."

"Just as described in reviews. Great accommodation. It is not on the ground floor and there is no life provided. Very steep steps and di ft rivulet if you are disabled. They don’t offer to help with luggage when they actively are watching you struggle so that was very disappointing. The street is very loud. I had to keep the AC unit running all night just to get peace and quiet. It’s an amazing location but the noise was unbearable without having the AC unit to block it out. The breakfast was delicious and they do have WiFi. Would definitely stay again despite the noise and the stairs."

"Great 3-4 star hotel. Very, very clean. Fantastic view from the property, one side ocean and the other mountains. Large very clean swimming pool. Great beach.Owners are great and staff are fantastic. Everyone very helpful. Breakfast buffet great, something for everyone, even people on diet. I was there for 2 weeks. I highly recommend that place. Thumbs up 👍"

"Excellent service and lovely full breakfast. Great beds! Very clean! Our only disappointment was that you could not bring in your own food or alcohol, even water. Other than that, I would definitely recommend the hotel and the views of the sea were spectacular! Thank you from Ontario, Canada."

"The resident driver Leonardo was brilliant and took us down to the beach in the shuttle when we wanted to visit the restaurant. The hotel staff all provided help when requested and we have no complaints at all."
