"Lovely clean, modern and wellfitted room with a delightful outlook over the piazza. Decent size room, comfortable bed and well presented. Bathroom & Shower very modern, clean and with all the facilities required. Pleanty of socket outlets for charging phones etc. Safe, vanity mirror, luggage shelf and seating etc. We found this accomodation to be faultless and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We would highly reccoment this property and would certainly stay there again."

"The Palazzo is in an excellent location in the heart of old Lucca, one of my favourite cities on our trip. It was wonderful to stay in such a historical residence with beautiful frescoes in the breakfast room. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a wonderful selection of meats, cheeses, breads, pastries, cereal, yogurt and cut up melons and pineapple. I highly recommend this accommodation and hope to return in the future!"

"We booked hotel Rex last minute so we could just wake up and hop on the train in Lucca. It had everything we needed but no extras. I would only spend one night here. Breakfast was extremely basic and needed to get better coffee at the cafe across the street. But over all room was clean and quiet."
