"I have stayed at this property in the past. The place is old and very well kept. The rooms are nice and quite large. the staff is excellent. The garden is nice. This time we had a very uncomfortable bed. The VIP access was an upgraded room and a half bottle of wine for both rooms. I like staying there, but will think twice about it next time because of the bed. "

"Really unique, charming hotel in a great location with fantastic staff. We had great service, starting with a smooth check in and tour by Rigo. Poolside cocktails by Jesus and Jerry were delicious. Blanca did an excellent job maintaining our room. Looking forward to visiting again. Really enjoyed there being so many pool options, especially liked the heated rooftop pool. "

"Great pool area, dinner was fantastic, breakfast brunch was just okay. Service is a little slow but otherwise good. Fire alarm went off one night and we lost WiFi one morning but otherwise it was a very nice stay. My only complaint was the kids didn’t seem to stay to the kids pool"
