Excellent hotel. We enjoyed this hotel very much with many activities that were offered. We also liked the proximity to the other hotel for enjoying the other pools and the Riu Party

Great amenities. Great staff. Wonderful restaurants and entertainment. Room was clean and comfortable. Transfer from airport to hotel and back was excellent on time and not crowded with other families.

Hotel is beautiful, great service, big, clean rooms with great views, great staff, very attentive, the beach it is on has warm water and soft sand with light waves, the two poolside bars have very attentive bartenders who make great drinks and serve you quickly, and the multiple pools on the property are warm. there’s always enough room for everyone, hotel provides plenty of beach and poolside lounge chairs, same with the restaurants and buffet, plenty of room so you don’t really have to wait for much unless the resort is super full, the property is large, but very walkable, would recommend to family and friends because we had an amazing time here.

I loved the hotel; the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend it for its safety. The location was perfect, with an amazing ocean view and no crocodiles.

The pools are WARM during this time. Felt like bath water. The beach wonderful so many loungers and palm trees! The room was fantastic and the wait staff was so kind! The pools were always a little crowded so keep that in mind especially with the families. Overall pretty hotel! I would stay again

Very nice property and the service was excellent. Buffet was great but the sushi restaurant did not have much selection and the food was not good. Overall cleanliness is great but the pool did not look as clean as it usually does. Drinks and entertainment were excellent. Overall good place for the price.

The room was clean. Multiple options from where to eat. Beach is nice. However the elevators are small and can get hot inside. I have seen the elevator doors close on people as they entering. Room walls seem to be a little thin.

Pros: All inclusive hotel, They got all types of activities all day and night,friendly staff,Clean rooms Cons : Pool is to hot , food is tasteless, beach area no umbrellas that belong to the hotel and hardly any service around the beach
