"Was upgraded to a lovely sea view room. South African chap on reception very friendly and informative. Everything was great. Didn't partake of it but their continental breakfast at £4.95 seemed to represent excellent value for money. Excellent range of tea/coffee left in our room too."

"We had a great time at Knoll House - a truly old British affair - vintage and well loved, quirky, fun, v friendly and efficient staff, good dinner, excellent breakfast. Perfect for a family break with plenty of facilities and brilliantly located. We took our small dog who was welcomed by staff. By the very nature of being dog and family friendly this is a cosy place, gentile but not fancy - ideal for active guests with plenty of space for grandparent to join too! "

"We stayed at the Riviera for 5 nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel room was immaculate - super clean and well-maintained. Breakfast each morning was delicious and plentiful, with a great selection of cooked items and pastries that the kids and I really enjoyed. We also appreciated the leisure facilities - swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym. It was never busy at the pool so the kids and I spent a great deal of time there in the evenings. The staff were a highlight of our stay. Everyone, from reception to the restaurant/bar staff and housekeeping, was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel’s location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach and only a 10 minute drive to Poole. We loved our time at the Riviera and are already looking forward to staying here again next time we’re in Bournemouth."
