"The staff were friendly and the lady working in the breakfast bar was especially helpful when I checked in. The room was well maintained although there was a broken flush button on the toilet tank. The area in which the apartment is situated would not be for everybody. I am an extremely sound sleeper ,however when the adjacent disco club let’s out early in the morning with it’s young noisy clientele awaiting taxis, the noise can feel like it’s right outside ones door. They are however mainly very well behaved students who are celebrating the end of their pre university exams (A levels). Keep your window closed at night due to mosquitoes and aforementioned noise! For the purpose of my trip it was good value for money and well situated for restaurants and souvenir shops!"

"Spacious room. Very friendly helpful staff. Lovely view with own patio and sun loungers. Lovely beaches and lots of eating places nearby. Hotel too has many eating places. The nearest pool to us was very busy. Staff didn’t seem to check that people followed rules. Loud music. Officially not allowed, but at one time there were 3 different types of music playing at the same time. Reservation of loungers: not allowed but we found several times that even by 9am 80-90% of loungers had towels on them and no one was in the pool! One afternoon we didn’t find any empty loungers but many unoccupied with a towel on. A hotel booking system would have been better. It is quite a way out of town. You need a bus or taxi to go to Albufeira center"

"Lovely stay at the hotel although some days there were groups of stag parties that were very loud and obnoxious. The pool is nice although you need to get up early if you want an umbrella for shade. There is no rooftop bar as advertised on the website. There are a few nice restaurants nearby and getting to the old town is easy with uber/bolt. The standard double room balconies are very small, although a nice view of trees. Overall a nice stay and the staff are brilliant! Breakfast is also really nice with a good selection and the staff make sure nothing runs out. Lunch is nice, and they also have gluten free bread for sandwiches/toasties which was a nice surprise!"

"We had a 2 bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms. It had lots of room, washer, drying rack, dishwasher. Our friends had a 2 bedroom also but they only had 1 bathroom for five people to share. I would recommend requesting the bigger unit. We also had a nice view. We were in building 10 3rd floor unit 10 AA. It's a little walk to the beach but very nice down there."

"The hotel was in a good location. Easy to walk to the strip. The tourist train was very local and easy to get around and see the old town. The breakfast was nice and the pool was cool but cooled you down in the hot heat weather which was needed. The was clean and the staff was friendly."

"This is an excellent bright and clean apartment, with a spacious comfortable double bedroom, a modern kitchen, a good shower, and a welcoming dining/sitting area.The complex is well-maintained and is perfectly situated between the old town and the new town. A nearby taxi-rank and city bus-stop mean that it is easy to get around.It has a good-sized, clean, swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds. There are many nearby bars, restaurants, and shops; but none are so near as to create noise or disturbance.Maria was easily contacted before and during our stay, and was very helpful.We would not hesitate to stay again."
