"From the moment we entered we were welcomed by a registration staff who was very friendly, professional , informative and kind. We were checked in quickly even though we were a bit early for check in time. Parking was easy. We were upgrade to a modern suite which was spacious and clean. It had great amenities. All hotel staff we interacted with during our stay were wonderful. The hotel felt very safe and was very close to Byward Market, Rideau Centre, Parliament Buildings and many restaurants. We have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past and will definitely stay again. "
