Well maintained, clean, good beds and shower. Outdoor chairs for sitting outside room. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. A 5-10 minute drive to downtown Perth with several interesting stores and good restaurants.

In town for business and just needed a place to stay overnight. Room was clean and spacious, staff was professional, and the rates was reasonable. I would recommend Colonial House Motor Inn

This hotel has been updated recently and is very nice. It was quiet through the night and it was great to have chairs right outside the door to sit on and enjoy the fresh air.
