"This was a quaint place to stay in the Byward Market area of Ottawa. Walking distance (10-15 min) from the Shaw Centre for our conference, and just a few blocks from the Champagne fitness center which has a full-length 25 yard pool. The room was well equipped with microwave, fridge, plates and utensils as well as table/desk, and had a private balcony as well. "We had a really nice stay. Friendly hotel staff, EV parking spaces which was appreciated. Rooms are spacious, clean, bed confortable and clean bathroom. A few things to improve though: bathroom fan needs to be replaced as did not work well."

"Its right across from the Rideau Center with Simons and H&M steps away. It is a busy downtown area so a lot of people struggle around the area. The parking was a nightmare and so stressful. The bed was very comfortable. I didnt like that they didn’t refill the coffee, no creamers in the fridge. "

"Our room was spacious and quiet. The kitchenette was well stocked for everything you need. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall lovely stay. The microwave didnt work, smelled like wires were burning. Also, air conditioning didnt keep the room cool at all."

The bathrooms and carpets in the room need updating, but overall, the hotel was clean and it was a comfortable stay. "

Food was good but took a long time to get it. There was only two other people in restaurant and service was still very slow. Overall I would recommend hotel as a decent price option. "
