"Family friendly! The family pool area offers a lot! There's a teens lounge that includes a billiards table and arcade. An activity center for the littles with tons of games and even some furry animal friends. The pool has a corkscrew slide which will make even the adults smile. The adult pool and gym area doesn't allow children. Great market place in the lobby that offers full buffet breakfast. Nice patio setting off the lobby with a fountain and patio games. It was a nice place to sit in the mornings and evenings.
The lobby was always busy and our visit happened to occur during Carnival, so the music and crowd was intense. Security was tighter and guests had to wear wristbands to access the building at night. All part of the Toronto hustle and bustle. Lots of construction going on in the area of the hotel added to the noise of the city but what city doesn't have that. "
"Very kind and effective staff.
Beautiful hotel with impressive sports facility.
Rooftop pool is great.
Valerie Restaurent with good vegetarian food: sweet potatoes, fried brocoli and my favorite vegan sushi.

"Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The place was spotless, and we were warmly greeted by the staff with smiles and even fresh, warm cookies. The team was incredibly helpful and understanding throughout our stay. Our room was clean and ready for early check-in, which was such a bonus! Even after checking out, the staff continued to be attentive and accommodating while we waited for our ride back. Overall, this was the best hotel stay I’ve ever had – truly a 10/10 experience!"
"The room was just as advertised, clean, quirky, and comfortable. We were in the older section so no elevator, but for us it wasn’t an issue. The restaurant had delicious choices and great coffee. The Sky Yard was fun for a late night drink after dinner down the street. I loved the art collection! I would definitely return. "
"Absolutely outstanding stay here at Ode. Wonderful welcome as I walked in and was even taken to my room and shown around our the room. So many small touches that truly matter to someone like me. Family ran, maps for local shops/restaurants, refillable water bottle, eye masks, and even dishes were beautiful and likely bought from a local shop nearby. I wish I could’ve stayed here all week, heck I’d live here! Thanks so much to Erica and whoever helped make my stay so special and CLEAN!!"
