"Great location and facilities, the gym especially. Bed very comfortable and good quality toiletries. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was limited (would have been nice to eat together with family in other rooms rather than have the same delivery each morning) and would have made more use of the bar had it been open for a nightcap. "A special shoutout to Scott for his patience and professionalism during the check-in process. He was welcoming, attentive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. His hospitality truly stood out and helped create a positive first impression. Overall, the stay was comfortable and relaxing, and I felt genuinely welcomed by the staff throughout my visit. The property provided a pleasant atmosphere that made for an enjoyable stay. My only criticism would be the pricing. While the experience was good, I felt the cost was somewhat high relative to the amenities and overall value offered. That said, I would certainly consider staying here again, especially if the pricing better reflected what was included with the stay. Thank you again to Scott for his excellent customer service and for helping make the visit a positive one."

"This is a new hotel less than a year old. European style layout. Nice full length windows for viewing of the city. Walkable to Roger Center, CN Tower and a very trendy restaurant Kost. The breakfast buffet is a great feature of the hotel. Fresh tasteful food with a wide selection. The staff have to be the most friendly I have witnessed in awhile and they do seem to know every guest and speak to you every morning at breakfast and greet you every evening on your return to the hotel. A nice personal touch."

"First of all, the staff who worked at the front desk on May 21-May 25, 2026, was terrific! I have not experienced such a great customer service in a while. We stayed in 1-bedroom apartment. Apartment/hotel suite was spacious and had everything basic (dishes, tea kettle, glasses, frying pan, plates, utensils, etc) you need for a comfortable stay! Brand new full size washer and dryer with the laundry detergent provided in the unit was a very useful amenity to have. There was a separate bedroom with the door and the closet, and a living room with sleeping sofa. The wall separating the bedroom from the living room was made out of glass. We found the mattress and sleeping sofa comfortable; bed sheets, towels smelled fresh but without overwhelming fragrance scent which we appreciated. My son used the gym, which is located in the adjacent building, and loved it (he said the view to the city skyline from the window was enjoyable at night). Although the building is not in downtown itself, easy access to the public transportation (about 7-10 min walk to the first metrorail stop) helped us to get around the city without any issues or delays. Full size Grocery store is 10-12 min walk from the building. One recommendation we would make - for the hotel to put a larger sign for all visitors to be able to identify the building quicker. If we go to Toronto, we will stay at this place without any second thoughts! Value for the money we paid per night, to us, was unbeatable."

"This is not a HOTEL. This is an apartment that is being rented out as a "hotel room". When I arrived to the location, a police officer was outside and he said that it was not a hotel but a resident building. To not go into the building since it could not be safe. I spoke to the information sent by Hotels.com and the number they use was on WhatsApp. I even went to the original location given which was in a really bad neighborhood with only bodegas, cigar stores and other simple stores. I call the supposed attendant for this location they were not helpful. I spoke to the officer and he said to file a police report. I tried to cancel with Hotels.com and they said to wait 72hrs for the correction. By the next day the supposed manager for this location stated that he will not give the refund, even though I never accepted to stay and the predicament that they put me through. They said that I should've accepted it and work with them. Hotels.com also did not helped me with the situation. I have to wait until it gets posted to create a case with my bank to get my money bank. Never again will I trust Hotels.com. DO NOT USE THIS PROPERTY. IT IS A SCAM!"
