The corridor flooring and carpeting are in need of an upgrade, and the pool area could also benefit from improvements. Additionally, the housekeeping process could be more efficient. Dirty bedding is often left in trash bags outside guest rooms after cleaning and is collected later by another staff member, which detracts from the overall appearance of the property. A more streamlined system for handling linens would enhance the guest experience.
