Broken Washer For 10 DAYS no Intent To Fix

I'm currently filing a claim because Tiffany the manager was well aware that the washer was broken,it was so loud that it sounded like it was going to fall apart every time we washed, and I had to continually stop it. I notified the front office my first day there on Saturday, I was told that an order for maintence will be put in right away. Nobody came. 4 Days later on Wednesday I called the office to see what was going on, why no one came to fix it as promised bec it was inconveniencing me because I couldn't do laundry at night when I came back from Disney because it was too loud and I couldn't do it early in the morning because it was too loud as well and we have neighbors I'm considering. So the head maintenance guy came out and took a picture and promised to have it fixed that day and said it might still be under warranty and stated that he understood how this is an issue that needs to get fixed. Tiffany also offered 15% off my future stay when I booked directly through her site in the future instead of the 10% for repeat guests. Out of losing money because I had to waste time washing at a specific time in the morning around 9am bec of the noise I decided to leave a day early bec I was frustrated that I had to cancel several events on a daily basis. Tiffany refused to refund me for the day I left early due to them not maintaining the property. Expedia's manager Ben called them and tried to get a refund and Tiffany refused. Ben gave me a $200 coupon on behalf of Expedia

By the time we reached after 6 pm, the rental office was closed, had difficulty in finding the directions to get keys. The rental apartment is a mile apart which is troubling to locate the place. The heating was not working well , it was repaired the next day. We were charged additional amount for insurence coverage which was a surprise,not told us upfront. The place is quite and clean and enjoyed the stay.

Pros: The details of making it feel like an expensive hotel without the cost
Cons: The shower was hard to adjust but I figured it out
It was close enough to Disney without being in the middle of over stimulation. Also 1 hr from east coast. will stay again

Pros: Very large! Very Clean!
Cons: Updated decorating and new furniture.
Location: Excellent location! Really close to Disney!!
I was very happy with how clean the unit was! We were so close to Disney and great restaurants! The unit was very spacious!

Pros: Spacious and comfortable.
Cons: Cheaper cleaning fee, it's quite a bit extra when added on and would like to have had a hair dryer. We went without.
Location: Handy Disney and Funspot USA.
It was a great location and nice place to stay other than noisy neighbours that were outside our window talking, coughing and smoking at 6:30 a.m. every morning. Would pick a different building next time if possible with quieter neighbours that aren't waking us each morning of vacation.

Pros: Not a whole lot, other than it was clean.
Cons: Mattress needs to be replaced!!! Front desk staff need to be helpful. They shouldn't rent a unit if they know neighbors are an issue.
Location: Website said 3 miles from Epcot. Maybe by the way the bird flies. It was 10 miles....28 minutes. Website was WRONG!
Ok, so I am not one to write, but I have to share this. This VILLA was pictured fine, HOWEVER, we did have a few issues! 1) the king size bed mattress was bowed so that you had no choice but to fight sleeping all night or be squished by the other person. The mattress was soft AND shot! If you laid on it, it rolled you to the center. My husband is heavier than I, so it was a definite losing battle 2) in the middle of night one (at 1:15 & 3:15 am) the neighbors were fighting sooooo loudly that it woke us with a jump out of the bed. Doors slamming, stuff being thrown, screaming..... The next morning when we went to complete check in, we asked Brenda (front desk clerk) if they rent to the unit beside us. She said that she had no way of knowing. Frustrated, I told her my situation, and all she said was "next time, just call the police". then 3) I knew that there was a $75 cleaning fee. It was hidden in the website, but I found it, but they added a "damage waiver" fee of $50....so my total after paying for the room was another additional $147!!!! I knew there was another $75, but another $75 (taxes and fees and damage waiver" I was told) was unacceptable. I feel like I got no help with our problem AND I got robbed of more money than was revealed. Brenda could have cared LESS!!! I was absolutely so frustrated with the place. There was a sign we found outside that said if you have noise issues to call 911.Clearly they knew they had issues! Only unit with sign.

Rough neighborhood house needed updating. Asked for heated pool girl at desk the desk lied about it being on. Asked maintenance if he was there to turn it on he said yes no lights on heater were on before. They did say they would not charge for first night but paid slot for pool that was only warm one day

comfortable 3 bedroom villa

Pros: Size of the villa - Lots of room. Two flat screened TVs. Nice pool area.
Cons: An update on furniture - at least the sofa - very uncomfortable. Caroet should be cleaned or replaced.
Location: Close to Disney Parks shopping and restaurants.
Roomy condo. Pet friendly appreciated. Kitchen was adequetely equipped. Would stay here again if going to tlhe Kissimmee area. A great value....Only downer was the office for check in was 30 minutes away from site. Traffic is heavy any time of day and that was inconvenient especially at check out when you just want to get going. Furniture in our unit was uncomfortable and carpet very soiled. Other than that, unit was clean and beds comfortable.
