"We love Embassy Suites, but this one was our least favorite so far. The bed was painfully hard/low quality, the breakfast food was sub-par, the welcome reception was sloooow (only had one guy making drinks and they ran out of most snacks without refilling), the hot tub was lukewarm, and the pool was dirty (couldn't see the bottom) and filled with waaaaaaay too many kids (which is not in their control, but someone told me it was like that all the time). Not as relaxing as we had hoped."

"No it was horrible still haven't received my deposit yet doesn't make any sense they take your money in 5 seconds when it's check out time you're told 3 to 5 binesses days scam for sure "

"I had to sign a bunch of paperwork regarding the rules. Then 2 days later the fire alarm went off and everyone had to evacuate the building at 1:30 am. Come to find out the reason for the fire department and police being notified was because some ignorant pieces of crap were smoking marijuana and partying in their room. No apologies given and the guy at the front desk could care less about any of us in the freezing cold weather. Never going back again. "

"Unhappy about the hot tub. It had a weird film present on top within the bubbles. Looked like dirt, or grime. Room was pretty clean, some minor noted stains on curtains. The carpeting was recently replaced which I had a big problem with and left reviews on it our last visit here. It really is a great place but could use some more upgrades including the food. "

"Room smelled, manager was very rude, did not address the concerns instead he felt insulted, sadly his employees were standoffish, did not try food as we did a check out an hour later. Pool was green so with that being said it was enough for us to leave as it was a staycation for the family to relax and enjoy a clean hotel! Never again! I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Sorry, but manager needs to address the concerns of a customer instead of being rude. But like he said, “I guess a customer is always right!” When refunding me back for one night he made sure to charge me another night. Just wow! "
