Welcome to Oquossoc Motel Country Suites, where we offer new motel suites with kitchenettes within the quaint village of Oquossoc. A perfect place to stay for a weekday or weekend. The building has a large wrap around porch where you can relax and enjoy the outside air and you are a short walk from Rangeley Lake and the Oquossoc stores and restaurants.

The entirety of our housekeeping processes meet and exceed all CDC cleaning guidelines. If you have any questions/concerns, please reach out to our office for more information.

For your convenience: Our housekeepers will leave a check in packet with area information for you at the property. Also included at the rental are paper products, trash bags, dish soap and hand soap. Guests are asked to bring their own toiletries for their stay.

Lovely little spot to stay if you’re not planning to spend a lot of time in the room-but why would you? There’s so much to see and do. Beds are very comfy, kitchen is fine but not for fancy cooking. No comfortable seating but shower is wonderful! All in all it was a great stay.

We stayed two nights and the suite was cozy and comfortable for the two of us! Was happy it was air conditioned and beds were comfortable! We had plenty of paper products,soap and trash bags for a three day stay! We were visiting our daughter who had a waterfront property so we spend most of our time with family but we're glad that the suite provided a hot shower , a place to sleep and a comfortable feel! The only thing that we disliked were the thin walls and noise level of other guests but that is to be expected in a motel environment !

My wife and I have been coming to the Rangeley area for years and we have never stayed at this hotel. What a cute and cozy place to stay! It was walking distance to the town of Oquossic, close by gas, convenience store, restaurants, and close to the water. We played golf close by, took a trip up to Quill Hill, and went out fishing in the boat for the day. This was just what we needed. Sorry we didn’t try this place sooner. Very clean and amazing communication from management company start to finish. Thank you!

Only downfall is the cottage is located to a VERY busy road. My husband and I were up all night listening to cars and trucks (including tractor trailers) whizzing by-it was so loud we weren't able to sleep either night. Other than that, the cottage was very clean and well stocked.

My stay at Oquossoc Motel Country Suites was very nice. The suite is very clean, comfortable and spacious. I was only staying 2 nights so I did not use the kitchen but the kitchen would be very helpful if you were staying a full week.

Love staying at the oquossoc motel! The rooms are so nice and there located in a great spot if your looking to get up in the Rangeley area! Rooms have everything you can think of in them, including a small kitchen if your looking to do your own cooking. Love the tile showers! There's 2 restaurants, a sporting goods store with every outdoor thing you could possibly need from hunting and fishing to camping and hiking and a convenient store/grocery store with all the essentials within walking distance! If your looking to go to Rangeley, this is a great spot to stay!

The owner's went out of their way when it came to details! Very well appointed with the small touches. Everything you could need for a "condo style" visit. All brand new. Great shower! NOT designed for cooking meals but microwave and full fridge for snacking. Central location and exceptional pricing.
