When we arrived the couple in front of us was offered bellhop service. Once it was seen we had Expedia reservations we were hurried along. We had to request service.
Our room was missing the threshold so the gap under the floor was 1 1/2" so anyone could hear what was beind the door and we heard what was being said. The door also was loose and jiggled when someone walked by. The bathroom sink was clogged, the tub was a cover up so every time you moved it creeked and there was hair not ours in the bathroom. Glad I brought sanitizing wipes. The bed was old and uncomfortable. There was a wedding that weekend so it seemed they took priority. Parking was impossible there was only one (1)
Handicap paeking spot and it was closed off for someone in the wedding party. Of course being handicapped with a tag, i made the attendant move it. The gift shop...only womens items. No men or kids.
Breakfast, we were welcomed by the hostess and seated... then forgotten i had to go get my own coffee and when I tried I got the I'll get that and that was the last we saw her. No cream no sugar no service. Once someone from the wedding party showed she was all over them. We had to again ask for condiments.
The best part, when departing, the desk clerk came out of the office buttoning his pants!!!
Not a good experience... Not a 3 star more a 2.
