I was pleased when my room was switched and upgraded. The first room I went to smelled of mold, and I am unable to breathe. I was put into a newer room, and the staff was helpful and kind, but the initial experience was upsetting and made me rethink online booking ever again, as this has happened to me in other bookings, a inferior room is given to the online booking, then when you arrive and are displeased, a better room is given to you.
