"Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish. Gabriela on reception made our trip super special in her attitude towards us. Friendly, professional and extremely welcoming. She is a total gem, Hyatt hotels, hold on to her! Solely based on our interactions with her I have recommended your hotel to many of my friends and family, several are planning to visit Birmingham and stay with yourselves. Thank you Gabriela!!!! I was travelling with my 12 year old daughter for our first special night away (3 older brothers were left at home) and she didn't want to leave the hotel and has already made me promise to bring her back. Our room was amazing, plenty of space, and spotlessly clean! We paid extra to have access to the club room and it was well worth it. The atmosphere in the hotel was so relaxing and inviting. Breakfast was fresh and gorgeous. The doorman (unfortunately I didn't get his name but know he has been there well over 12 years) was so friendly. The girl (again didn't get her name) in the spa was lovely. Thank you to all, we will definitely be back sooner rather than later. Would and have highly recommended your hotel to everyone!"

"We booked this hotel as we where going to the utilita arena, it was only a 7min walk, rooms were adequate with all usual facilities, the reception staff were friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend this hotel "

"An excellent place to stay for either business or a city break. Only 15 mins walk from the station, easy walk to loads of sights and places to eat and drink. The staff were always lovely and helpful. The apartment was very well equipped, a good size and modern. They had filtered drinking water refills on every floor. The air on options were limited by the front desk but there was a handy WhatsApp which they replied to quickly and released extra controls in the room, took 5 mins. The bed was suuuuper comfy and the couch was great. And there is a NISA shop right downstairs for along groceries or snacks. I can’t fault it. Great value. "

"Only one person behind the bar after returning from a concert it was quite busy I probably waited about 15 minutes to get served Maybe look at having extra colleagues when concerts are on or multi tasking so someone who can drop in and assist as necessary "
