I booked at the Hyatt and since I didn’t prepay, she felt it her right to give my room away and leave me stranded at 11:30pm at night. I felt totally discriminated against and I hate using that as a reason but it was totally obvious from the moment I arrived. I used to like Hyatt but now I will avoid them and I’m in the hospitality business. She honestly thought she could lie to me. The worst manager on the face of this earth. The girl at the front desk was very sweet. The gym was clean and it was very easy to get around. Parking was a bit tricky because it seems like there weren’t enough spaces to go around since it is shared with the restaurant, along with the fact that there were spaces taken up by stationary maintenance vehicles and other various property equipment. Seemed like a bad place to keep it. We also got the misfortune of being placed next to a room that must have been used for storage or something. At all hours of the night we could hear various workers hacking, slamming doors, equipment, struggling with the knob, and going in and out. For the price we paid, I would have Never expected anything like that. It’s was bad enough to make me never stay there again. Had that not happened though, we definitely would have. It was so cute and fun and a shame that the night was accompanied by that.
