"Small rooms but excellent customer service "

"Great location by airport. Double pained windows with space between to block out plane noise. We were on the 2nd floor saw many planes take off. Beds were soft and Featherly, bathroom nice and large with shower/bath combo. We were exhausted after a long train ride from Paris, and we ate dinner there, very good food. Exactly the high standard you would expect from a Hyatt."

"Amazing check in and service. Very royal, and location is unbeatable, close to all major landmarks and walk distance to the Palace. Right on Victoria station and 12 minutes to Paddington station, so is easy to get to both, Heathrow and Gatwick airports."

Despite the central location, the room was quiet at night, allowing for a restful sleep. The air conditioning worked well, and the bed was of good quality—both contributed to a great night’s sleep.
