"Chose this hotel for its proximity to attractions (excellent). My sibling and I are openly queer presenting, so we assume that was why the staff was very curt to us. Otherwise, the stay was lovely. Good food, lovely location. "

"Great place to stay close to T4 and free train from Terminals 2 & 3 Check in/Check out staff were really nice Breakfast selection of food very good and staff in the restaurant were very helpful & efficient Destinations Bar just had a drink there nice ambiance a bit pricey but it is London after all Would definitely stay overnight again on our next visit "

"This Hilton is particularly well run and meets every expectation of a Hilton experience. Cleanliness and comfort was exceptional for an airport hotel, this one on par with any city Hilton we’ve stayed in. Never a disappointment is what we expected and this Hilton delivered."

"Original "classic twin" room was dated and musty smelling. Nothing like what's pictured on the website. After complaining was offered the "signature twin" but had to pay the difference. No wash cloths, no hand towels. 24 hour restaurant doesn't open until 7AM. 10 pounds per bag to hold luggage when everywhere else we've stayed offered for free. "
