"Bacon had been previously cooked and then warmed up before it was served to me. Place is immaculately clean. Bed was comfortable. Ample parking. However, I was assigned to Rm. 130 which was located next to staff service area/ elevator. Until 10:30 pm i could hear that elevator and the banging of carts. I had been driving for several hours and couldn't get to sleep because of all the noise which resumed again at 5:15 am. I left the hotel exhausted. Never stay in Rm 130!"

"Somehow I missed that they did not have a fridge or coffeemaker. When we went to breakfast it was mostly gone and no one was around refilling it, so we waited and then ended up going elsewhere and paying for breakfast. The blinds did not close all the way and our room faced street lights so our room lit up all night. Pillows were good but bed was hard unfortunately. I have a broken foot and when they asked what floor we wanted we said the third so as we didn't hear feet above us as we tried to sleep and they gave us the furthest room away from the elevator. Kind of weird, and didn't even mention that there was a stairwell on that further end of the building that we could have driven to to go up instead of walking three long hallways with all of our stuff. We had hoped to use the shuttle to Moheghan, but when we got there there was sign that it was only friday and saturday (we were there on a thursday). I was disappointed as it didn't say that on their website just that a shuttle was available. So we ended up paying for Uber both ways. If I had known ahead of time I would have planned different. The shuttle was a big draw and the closeness to the casino. Not sure we will stay there again. I'm not sure if all Microtel's are like this (no fridge, no coffeemaker, etc...) but that's also a drawback."

"The check in was simple, entire hotel was clean. check in was 4pm. check out 11am. The hotel offers plenty of free parking. Its a very reasonable price to stay near the Mohegan Sun casino. Its only a 4min drive there. They also offer free breakfast and the breakfast was pretty good. Hot and cold items, replenished quickly. We checked out Saturday so the breakfast was until 11am. There is a pool but i didn't stay long enough to use it. In addition to all of that, this hotel is conveniently across from a supermarket, near by a gas station and a 7/11 down the road. It was a very peaceful stay."

"Lovely place for a quiet getaway off-season. Loved this place and will be back. Only disappointment was morning coffee … lacking flavor and lukewarm … but there is a wonderful shop just a few doors down with very good coffee. Nespresso machine in room. "

"While the basic room is spacious, the entire place is outdated and feels dirty. The bedspread had cigarette holes in several places, the ceiling tiles are rusty and stained, the sink didn’t even have a catch stopper, the stovetop in the kitchenette was covered with foil and no burner exists. There’s a living room with no tv and the tv in the bedroom has a fuzzy picture. I felt like I was transported back in time in this place. The bed was ok and the a/c worked so I made do, but I’ll never stay there again. With no coffee machine and tiny old towels, I didn’t even want to try the shower so I left as soon as possible to go find breakfast nearby. This felt like a $60 motel but I paid $108 for it. "
