From the moment I walked in the door I was speechless it certainly has the WOW factor The house is jaw Droppingly Beautiful everybody who attended couldn’t believe how Beautiful it was. It was described as Stunning, Unbelievable, Amazing were just a few words used The photos do not do it justice!! The house was warm and inviting and had lovely cosy areas. The kitchen area became the hub of entertaining as it lended itself beautifully to cooking...

"Wonderful old house on great surrounds, although off a busy road. Unfortunately, kitchen not up to standard due to cleanliness and overall dirt everywhere. Oven desperately needs a good clean. Also plagued with flies seemingly living within the wall cervices. We enjoyed our stay after giving the place (kitchen in particular) a good clean."

"Had a lovely 4 night stay at Hawks Barn. It is a real home from home and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Awesome location for visiting the many sights the area has to offer, would have loved to have stayed longer."

"Property was mostly ok for a 3 night stay for the 3 of us . Well equipped .Was much smaller than on pics . Could do with a deep clean e.g. Oven and paintwork . Back bedroom double bed base was broken . Main shower head also broken . Instruction manuals for kitchen would be helpful ."
