"Arrived a few hours early, and the lady on the front desk was really friendly and got us checked into our room. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff at breakfast were very nice and the food was very nice also very fresh. She even made my son a bacon sandwich because he couldn’t be bothered to get out of bed 😂. I would definitely recommend this place. "

"Very nice property, was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. John's communication was excellent. Just could of done with a small bin in each bedroom and there was only 1 dishwasher tablet but these are only minor things but holiday and house was very adequate for our stay at Newbiggin on the sea. We even spotted dolphins from the bedroom window. Parking was ok on the road outside. 5 stars given. Kevin and family"

The communication from the property management team was good, with clear guidance on entry, location etc. That’s where it starts to go wrong. A great position to trek out from - so near to Cragside National Trust, which is a must! We also visited Wallington & Gibside NT & Holy Island.
