This company lies to get bookings. The staff is nice and very cordial and the included Japanese style breakfast was great,l. The existing shared Onsens were small but clean and nice. My room was not very clean. The couch was dirty with long black hairs still on it. Too bad that I had higher expectations. Otherwise, it would’ve been OK. The owners and management must be held accountable for false ad advertising!"
