Clean enough, with friendly staff, and it gets the job done for a simple stay. The location is on the quieter side of the station, so there are fewer restaurants right outside, but a convenience store is nearby for anything you need. The rooms are smaller but probably normal for the area where space is a premium. The only difficulty that I had is that Google brings you from the train to the property next store that is also labeled as Grand Kanachu but it is closed for renovation.
