"It was a lovely and pleasant stay in Oxford with my family. Loved the house with a nice interior design touch, also very practical. All the instructions were in place to use the kitchen appliances. Looking at the photos, I wasn't sure about the size of the property before our stay, but it was spacious enough for our family of 5. Thank you"

"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"The location is unbeatable—just a 10-minute walk to Trinity College, and right next to the Westgate Shopping Centre. Parking is in a secure underground lot. It’s quite expensive during the day, but very convenient. A helpful tip: from 5 pm to 6 am, parking at Westgate costs only £6. During the daytime, there's a nearby lot just a 3-minute walk away that also offers parking for £6. The host was excellent—very responsive and easy to communicate with via both messages and phone calls. The...

"The kitchen had a cigarette smell; perhaps the curtains had not been cleaned or changed. Sheets were clean, but the dishes and general cleanliness were not good. Location was okay. "

"Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....
