"I was a solo female traveler and felt very safe here and in the surrounding area during the day, however did not venture out at night so cannot speak to this. It was clean and peaceful. Staff was not bothersome and room service was great! Would stay here again."

"An excellent base to explore London. A nearly new hotel with great, helpful staff. It was very clean. The only surprise was that it wasn't air conditioned, which would have made sleeping easier, given how hot it was when I stayed."

"The hotel was really beautiful, but the hotel worker who checked us in treated my friend like she was homeless. She made us feel like we weren’t welcome. We asked to use the restroom since our room was not ready yet, and she kept coming to ask what we were doing as if we weren’t guests of the hotel."
