"This is a little gem in Hanoi. It is tucked inside an alley but don't let that get in the way of thinking that any standards were compromised. The location is superb - about 15 min to Old Quarter and there is great shopping nearby. It is also close to a few major embassies, so it is safe and walkable, even late at night. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet at night. The hosts are wonderful and will go out of their way to help you. Amazing value for money!!!"

I really like the positive attitude of the staff! They are eager to help! Highly recommend staying here! Location is close to several cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. "Property is good for what you pay. Big rooms and easy walk to get around. I enjoyed it as it was away from the busy side of Hanoi. It was in walking distance to many places. Recreation building looked a bit sad but I doubt anyone used the facility. Not a bad stay if you’re only looking for a place to lay your head after a busy day exploring "

"Very cute and well-designed apartment. Heaps of local food places around the area. The cafe downstairs is definitely a plus if you’re the type that needs a little pick me up on the morning. The host was helpful and so were the other staff at the cafe with any questions during the stay."

"Location is good, but that’s really the only good thing about this unit for me. There were tiny ants throughout the kitchen area since the day we arrived and they just keep coming back. Overall the unit is not clean and that is a major concern in my opinion. "

"Easy check in and very friendly staff. The hotel rooms are quite dated and need upgrading, however everything was clean and tidy. There are lot's od restaurants within walking distance and it has a mini mart attached aswell as an ATM."
