On one occasion, the microwave stopped working, but even though it was a holiday, the host immediately purchased and replaced it with a brand-new one. The responsiveness and level of service were as good as what you would expect from a hotel concierge. Thanks to this level of care, my stay was not only convenient but also very pleasant.
