"We stayed in an A unit - no kettle if you like tea. Has a hot plate, fridge and microwave. The pull out couch was not comfortable. Pool area and hot tub was great! Good parking. Close to grocery and restaurants. Depending on traffic, 17 min to Disney Springs and 25 to Universal. Would stay again."

"Upon checking in, we waited 30+ minutes in never ending lines, and never apologized to for the wait . We then were told there is a charge nightly of $27 for parking which we were never made aware of before or during our checkout online. We then proceeded to our rooms too quickly change and go to the pool area. We were told one pool is heated and the other was not so we tried both. Both pools were freezing cold and the kids could not even play in the pool, which was the plan for our evening. So we went to our room to shower and change, only to find multiple different types of hair strands - pubic hair, facial hair etc on the bath towels and the floor mat. After trying to pull up my reservation and other booking information online, I could not because the Wi-Fi wasn’t working. My son called the front desk to let them know, and they let us know that all the information was correct. Our phones are not working on wifi and have little to no service even without. The following morning we waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle to volcano bay, although we were told it runs every 15 minutes. After being ignored the entire wait, and busses for island of adventure pulling up to our pickup, loading dozens of passengers and taking off, I had to ask the parking attendant if our bus was coming. She said soon. Finally the bus arrived after waiting 30 minutes, as we waited on my son to come from the restroom, the driver rudely told us he had to leave in 1 minute. "The rooms have gone through a refresh which they desperately needed and we are so glad they did! It’s a great place to stay with walking distance to HS and Epcot in addition to mini golf, the Boardwalk, boats, Skyliner and monorail, you can’t beat it. The kids wish they could use their magic bands and had Hey Disney, they also took away the little kid are in the lobby. The pool area is for four however very cold and not heated to Disney’s 85."

"I enjoyed my stay however the property do have a lot of upgrading going on therefor they start working at 7 AM and the room that we were in in building 11 was right below the remodeling so they woke us up at 7 AM with all of the drilling and banging on the walls, so that was the only issue I had with with my stay"

"We love staying at Drury! Pet friendly and always clean. Walkable distance to Disney Springs. Staff is super helpful and the free food at breakfast and snack time is delicious. In house restaurant is also yummy. Pool area has a lot of seating and beautiful views."
