"It was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. I had a great nights sleep, despite the noise outside. The second night I was more aware of the noise, although I’m not sure what it was. Seemed like there was all night construction but maybe it was just the freeway. Still, great bed! "

"We had a good time there, the deli shop has really bad snacks. I bought about $15 worth of candy bars that were not edible. Then got charged for them through the room. :("

"We have stayed here multiple times when visiting Universal. I have never been disappointed. Rooms are clean, newly renovated, and quiet. Well priced and 20 minutes from the theme park. McDonald’s is 5 minutes away. And there are multiple soda machines in and around the hotel. I will always stay here on my vacations. "

"Most everything was very nice. The pool area could definitely use some updating as well as the club room. Some of the furniture us worn and not in pristine conditions."
