The Staff were very nice and great to deal with. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. It is close to the beaches and the airport. We had a great time there.

When I pulled into the parking, I liked what I saw. There were restaurants everywhere! The Del Amo mall was across the street and there is movie theaters there. The staff at the hotel was wonderful, friendly and helpful. There was a kitchenette in the room, with a card of available items the staff could bring up to the room so I could cook. The price was less expensive than Ramada and Best Western. I'll definitely be staying here again!

On the beach, on the canal, easy parking. Worth it

The staff at this hotel was very friendly. The complimentary car service within two miles of the hotel was a nice perk.

I took my daughter to Universal Studios for her college graduation. Both of us huge Harry Potter fans and couldn't wait to go to the new attraction. The best part of our stay was the comfortable room and more importantly the staff's eagerness to accommodate our every need. we showed up early and our room was not ready but they quickly stored our bags and gave us pool access until our room was ready. this was perfect since it was 100 degrees. Amarano staff provided us with courtesy rides to Universal and even picked us back up when we were done even though we had already checked out. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who drove us back and forth. He was so polite and interesting to talk to especially since he was very well versed in the Wizarding World. My daughter and I went home and watched "Severus Snape and the Marauders" which stared his little brother. Thank you Amarano!! A trip we will never forget and will likely stay here again if we are down that way again.

Excellent service, comfortable room. Fun design and outdoor lounging area with pool table. Could be great for events.

I was only there for 3 nights. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice room...modern and clean. Noise from outside was sufficiently muffled that I slept very well. It was very hot in LA when I was there, but the ac was good and the charming rooftop with lovely pool, view & facilities much appreciated.

Top quality staff. Contemporary décor. Lovely room.
