This was my second visit to Liverpool and the first time using a hotel, I was drawn in by the outside look of the hotel then when I saw the rooms and then how good the price was I was sold. When I got there it was clear the area was quite close to anything I'd need and less than 10 minutes from central station which was perfect. Always a clean hotel, great staff and incredible vibes

What a find ! This hotel was one of the best we have stayed at . The welcome was warm and friendly , nothing was too much trouble . Our breakfast was delicious and we loved how different times were available. The hotel offered an earlier check in time than many others and check out is 12 o clock which means on a weekend away you can manage a lie in and a long leisurely breakfast which was just what we needed . I stayed in the annex luxury apartments which are fantastic. Amazing comfortable king size bed. Luxury bathroom and living area - like a suite set up. Two large TVs and kitchen - the sort of place you would buy.

Excellent standard of hotel. Really liked the room, dinner, breakfast, atmosphere. The only minor negatives were the amount of listed TV channels which didn't work, no radio stations and our AC didn't seem to function although we didn't mention it to staff. Thoroughly recommend.

This B&B is in a perfect location, being just a short 3 – 5 min walk from the sea front & the same to the shops. Its situation at the north end pier end but with the trams running every few minutes it really doesn’t matter which end you are. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Very clean and spacious room, comfortable bed and surprisingly very quiet. Easy parking (once you know where to go!). And a mini bar full of free fun snacks. Reception and bar staff were friendly and helpful. We will return.

My wife and I stayed overnight last weekend, a re-visit after our first time last year. We were impressed last time, and again this time, even though our expectations were high from previously. Hotel public areas well laid out with nice comfortable seating, check in was prompt and easy. Room was well laid out, lovely spacious bathroom with a good sized walk in shower. Comfortable L shape sofa and a large tv and you can plug in your firestick if you want to watch your favourite tv shows. Everything was wonderful! Literally next door to the M&S arena. Perfect if you’re going to a concert!

Lovely rooms

It was a great place to stay, the rooms were all really clean, the bed was one of the comfiest I've slept and i would recommend it anyone who asks. The staff were all really nice and helped us when we needed anything.
