"Stayed numerous times never an issue but this time we stayed in room 127 it stank . Hotel was busy so there wasnt any chance of upgrading after speaking to staff . Also because we stayed on the 1st floor we didn't have robes for the spa in the room ,was told only certain floors have them in the room ..."
