"Great 2 night stay at Bailiffgate. Tracey checked us in and was very helpful and welcoming, even helping with our bags (we arrived late in the evening) up to our room. I’m disabled so it was very helpful. The hotel is beautiful, an elegant modern extension to a period building. Very comfortable king bed, super bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wonderful breakfast. The hotel is right by Alnwick Castle and Alnwick is a very walkable town with lots of interesting shops."

Instructions would be helpful along with a notification to say milk in fridge. Staff go extea mike to look after you. Bed comfy. Pillows confy too. "
