Excellent hotel just outside of Boston the hotel is spotless and staff are so friendly and welcoming there are a few other restaurants across the street if you don’t want to eat in the hotel restaurant. Breakfast is a must in the hotel restaurants

Area was great with hotel in excellent location to everything that was required

.

Perfect location after leaving the airport and the start of our road trip around New England. We were impressed with the range of the breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Clean room and hotel lobby. Great breakfast. Good facilities. Easy free parking. Free tea, coffee and hot chocolate throughout the day and night. Very pleasant and friendly staff.

The staff were very good and helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean.

Convenient location with friendly staff. Large, clean room with a good breakfast. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Room was clean and spacious although sofa bed had no bedding. Loved that we had a small kitchen area with fridge and freezer. Close to train for access to downtown Boston. Breakfast was ok but not much left if going down towards end of service. Brilliant to have a laundry facility with washing machines and driers. Would definitely stay here again

LOVED the room. Bed was great. WiFi worked well. Great location to visit Salem and desk people were super helpful.

Excellent value for money lovely breakfast room very clean

After reading some poor reviews of this hotel I was a bit worried but I have absolutely no complaints at all. Beds were comfy and clean. Room was maybe a little aged but clean and in good condition. We really enjoyed our stay. Used it as a base for Boston for the World Cup. Ubers or lyfts into the city were costing about $40-50 but prices possibly were inflated for the World Cup. And there are cheaper transport options if ur looking to get around on the train.

General manager is exceptional!

Free airport transportation was amazing! Easy check in, room a bit dated but had a good sleep. Breakfast was amazing! And free cookies left out in the evening. 100% would recommend! And really close to the airport

Efficient and friendly. No issues whatsoever though I’m sure the staff would resolve any problems that arose.
